Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a Manager Technical Safety to provide safety oversight across Engineering and Maintenance, Ground Operations, and Cargo, ensuring robust safety management and risk control as the airline scales.

You will lead hazard identification, risk assessments, investigations, and safety performance monitoring, ensure compliance with GACA, ICAO, FAA/EASA, and collaborate with partners to embed a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in aviation safety investigations.
• B1 or B2 maintenance licence (or A&P) with strong technical knowledge.
• Aircraft accident/incident investigation course and lead investigator qualification.
• Aviation Safety Management System qualification and ISO 19011 auditor familiarity.
• Familiarity with GACARs and EASA/FAA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety investigations for technical and airworthiness events.
• Oversee hazard identification and risk assessment across engineering and operations.
• Ensure safety standards and governance with third parties.
• Represent Safety Department in cross-functional forums.
