Job summary

JODAYN | جودين is seeking a Digital Solution Engineer to install, configure, and maintain solutions in customer environments. The role emphasizes Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL), automation scripting, and security-driven hardening.

You will collaborate with internal engineering teams and client IT staff to deliver successful implementations, resolve incidents, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Strong scripting, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in system administration, application support, software deployment, or solution engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in Linux-based environments.
• Experience working with customer-facing projects and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain JODAYN solutions in customer environments.
• Manage Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, RHEL).
• Perform application upgrades, patches, rollback procedures, and version management activities.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Implement environment hardening and security best practices.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment, diagnostics, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Support integration requirements through automation and operational tooling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, operational procedures, and troubleshooting manuals.
