Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites a senior Linux Systems Engineer to join our Saudi Arabia operations in Riyadh. You will own enterprise Linux administration, automation, and CI/CD pipelines across SIT, UAT, and Production environments, ensuring secure, resilient deployments.

The role requires RHCE, strong scripting (Shell, Python, Perl), and hands-on Kubernetes orchestration, plus experience with WSO2 APIM/IS, Redis, ELK, and network security.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux Systems Engineering and Enterprise Operations.
• Must-have Automation Mastery in Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or Chef with strong Shell/Python/Perl scripting.
• Deep knowledge of RHEL/RHEL admin, kernel tuning and security hardening.
• Hands-on Kubernetes orchestration and containerization.
• Knowledge of WSO2 APIM/IS, Redis, and ELK Stack for logging and data handling.
• Familiarity with load balancers, firewalls and secure integration patterns.
• RHCE is required; CKA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployment pipelines end-to-end across SIT, UAT, Regression and Production.
• Design and implement Linux automation scripts and workflows.
• Own RHEL administration, kernel tuning and security hardening.
• Lead 24/7 support for critical issues and DR exercises.
• Enforce PCI-DSS and GDPR compliance through patching and remediation.
• Maintain monitoring, audit logs, and performance tuning to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with IT, InfoSec and vendors; manage escalation and RCA.
