Job summary

ANDRITZ, based in Jubail Industrial City, Eastern Province, seeks a Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Digital Solutions to drive automation and digitalization projects across diverse industries. You will advise customers, shape technical solutions, and support pre- and post-sales activities while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, 7+ years in technical sales or related fields, and strong knowledge of process control,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or related field.
7+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, automation, or industrial digitalization.
Strong knowledge of automation, process control, and industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and engineering during the sales and project lifecycle.
Analyze customer requirements and develop automation and digitalization solutions.
Provide technical support for product selection, system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution reviews for customers and internal stakeholders.
Support pre-sales activities including evaluations, quotations, proposals, bid responses, and customer visits.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to feedback customer needs and identify product enhancements.
