Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Network Development Manager for Saudi Arabia to drive the expansion of the BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG dealer networks, identify priority cities, and oversee showroom construction and CI compliance.

You will report to the Head of Network Development MEA and Country Manager, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance, and build strong relationships with investors, distributors and key external stakeholders to achieve ambitious network targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales Network Development.
• Proven experience in dealer recruitment, network expansion and dealership establishment.
• Strong knowledge of dealer business models, investment evaluation and dealership operations.
• Experience managing dealership construction projects and CI implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English; French speaking preferred.
• Overseas driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute network development strategies for BYD, DENZA and YANGWANG in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify showroom design targets and evaluate showroom construction.
• Expand exclusive sub-dealer network by selecting partners and negotiating terms.
• Analyze market and plan dealership locations and priority cities.
• Manage dealer appointment process with HQ approvals.
• Monitor dealer network performance and propose optimization plans.
• Ensure compliance with BYD CI standards and project progress.
