Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Product Manager to lead localisation of passenger car launches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate requirements, manage lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery with cross-functional teams in KSA and China.

The role requires ownership mindset, strong analytical skills, and clear communication to internal stakeholders and external partners, with a focus on NEV features, regulatory compliance, and market adaptations.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product planning within automotive/NEV sectors.
• Ability to translate market insights and regulatory requirements into actionable specs.
• Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions (e.g., KSA/China).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of a passenger car portfolio, including pricing, positioning, and localisation requirements.
• Coordinate and support vehicle launches aligned with business goals.
• Communicate features and updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D teams across KSA and China to deliver product enhancements based on feedback and compliance.
• Maintain core product documentation such as MPC sheets for accuracy.
• Engage with third-party automotive partners and suppliers.
• Work with Customer Experience to improve the customer journey and address inquiries.
• Drive continuous product improvements using market insights and performance data.
