Job summary

ADRENA at Red Sea Global seeks an Engineering Maintenance Manager to ensure peak performance of destination facilities and infrastructure. You will lead preventive and reactive maintenance across MEP systems, attractions, utilities, and seawater filtration, driving safety, regulatory compliance, and asset reliability.

You will minimize downtime, extend asset lifespan, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and third-party vendors while aligning with Vision 2030 and regenerative tourism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering is required.
• 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role; experience in large-scale leisure environments.
• CMMS proficiency is required; knowledge of aquatic systems and seawater equipment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules across all facility systems.
• Manage MEP systems, ride equipment, and seawater filtration infrastructure.
• Oversee asset inspections and service records via CMMS.
• Supervise internal technicians and outsourced maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, OEM standards, and regulations.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Lead CAPEX planning and recommend upgrades or asset replacements based on performance and lifespan.
• Report maintenance KPIs to leadership and support lifecycle improvements.
