Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Senior Manager Dive Operations to lead the full setup and ongoing operation of the dive centre at our premier asset.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure facility readiness, implement safety and brand standards, and oversee daily diving activities and training.

Collaborate with Sustainability, SEZ and other internal partners to align with environmental commitments while delivering premium guest experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Certified PADI Instructor with 500+ logged dives.
• Proven experience in dive center/resort management across multiple locations.
• Strong hospitality and guest service track record.
• Extensive diving health and safety experience with marine conservation awareness.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the establishment and operational readiness of the dive center.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team (up to 13 staff).
• Ensure compliance with the Dive Safety Manual and international standards.
• Coordinate dive-related sales, training, and certifications to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ departments and align with brand and environmental commitments.
