Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks a senior Manager to lead planning, execution and continuous improvement of maintenance programs across MEP systems, attractions, utilities, and water treatment facilities. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance and equipment reliability while minimizing downtime and coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in maintenance management for leisure & entertainment assets.
• Experience overseeing MEP systems, rides and water treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
• Manage MEP systems, ride equipment and water treatment facilities.
• Oversee asset inspections and service records via CMMS.
• Supervise internal technicians and outsourced maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, OEM standards and regulations.
• Lead inspections, audits and vendor performance reviews.
