Job summary

ADRENA, a dynamic entertainment and finance-driven division of Red Sea Global in Umluj, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, budgeting, and reporting.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial analysis, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while supporting strategic decisions across the organization. The role requires building dashboards, overseeing audits, and guiding a growing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8 years experience with 2+ in a managerial role.
• CPA/CMA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operating expenditures and implement cost control initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with department heads.
• Manage financial audits and respond to audit findings.
• Coordinate payroll, procurement, and vendor payment activities.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Support capital expenditure planning and asset management.
• Supervise finance team members and ensure continuous development.

Job Purpose:

• To manage financial operations, planning, and reporting activities for ADRENA.
• The Finance Manager will ensure effective budgeting, financial controls, cost tracking, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• The role plays a critical part in supporting strategic and operational decision-making through financial insight and analysis.

• Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
• Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.
• Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.
