Job summary

NCC invites applications for a Maintenance Operations Manager who will lead daily facilities maintenance across Kingdom premises. You will develop policies, schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, and supervise projects to minimize downtime while guaranteeing safety and compliance.

This role requires a BSc or Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 3 years in MEP, and proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD. On-site work with regular budgeting and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD for maintenance planning.
• Experience in MEP engineering or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of NCC facilities across the kingdom.
• Develop maintenance policies, schedules and safety programs.
• Coordinate construction projects and supervise maintenance teams.
