Leading Edge is seeking an ATM Software Support Specialist to provide hands-on support, maintenance, and optimization of ATM software within a banking technology environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This onsite role requires experience with ATM transaction processing, switch management, and regulatory security requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in ATM software support, a strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently onsite with valid work authorization

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.

Our Client is a well-established consulting firm in Saudi Arabia seeking a technically skilled ATM Software Support Specialist with hands‑on experience in ATM software systems. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and optimise ATM software operations within a fast‑paced banking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors.
• Monitor ATM network performance and ensure maximum system availability and uptime.

• Solid understanding of banking security protocols, PCI-DSS compliance, and ATM regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently onsite.
• Must be available to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA with valid work authorisation or transferable Iqama.
