Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking an ATM Software Support Specialist to install, monitor and optimize ATM software operations in a fast-paced banking technology environment. The role requires hands-on experience with ATM systems and the ability to work onsite in Riyadh on a 1-year contract basis.

You will provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with banking and IT teams while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ATM software support experience.
• Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing and switch management.
• Familiarity with ATM software platforms and banking tech infrastructure.
• Experience in banking/financial services preferred.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS and ATM regulatory standards.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh with valid work authorization.

Our Client is a well-established consulting firm in Saudi Arabia seeking a technically skilled ATM Software Support Specialist with hands‑on experience in ATM software systems. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and optimise ATM software operations within a fast‑paced banking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors.
• Monitor ATM network performance and ensure maximum system availability and uptime.
• Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Collaborate with banking and IT teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on ATM software configurations and updates.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports.
• Ensure all ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation.

• Experience working within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.

• Must be available to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA with valid work authorisation or transferable Iqama.
