Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

As the role progresses, you will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and monitor service standards and efficiency to continually enhance guest experiences across the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of service standards and guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
