Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant service within hotels or high-volume F&B operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations within the main dining outlet.
• Lead, guide, and support waiters and service colleagues during service periods.
• Ensure smooth table setup and guest seating.
