Job summary

Red Sea Global invites applications for the role of Assistant Manager - DevCo Strategic Planning and Performance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the strategy-to-execution chain for DevCo Operations within the TPMO, owning the business strategy, strategic roadmap, and planning cycles.

You will serve as a key liaison between operations and executive management, translating performance data into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, economics or related field.
7–10 years of progressive experience with at least 4 years in corporate strategy, planning, performance management or consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead DevCo Operations business strategy development and refresh.
Oversee annual and 3-year business planning cycles with cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead annual budget preparation with Finance and FP&A teams.
Maintain Strategic Initiatives Register and track benefits.
Conduct operational efficiency analyses and develop robust business cases.
Design and manage a strategic performance framework and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Prepare executive-level reports and dynamic presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure alignment of DevCo operations strategy with Group direction.
