Job summary

The Red Sea Global is seeking an Assistant Manager for DevCo Strategic Planning and Performance. You will lead the strategy-to-execution chain, maintain business plans, and manage a portfolio of initiatives to drive performance and efficiency.

You will liaise between operations and executives, turning complex data into actionable insights, fostering continuous improvement and portfolio prioritization aligned with Group objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience with at least 4 years in corporate strategy, business planning, performance management or consulting within complex projects.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, refresh and review of the DevCo Operations business strategy.
• Oversee annual and three-year business planning cycles with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation with Finance and FP&A teams.
• Maintain the Strategic Initiatives Register and track milestones and benefits.
• Conduct operational efficiency analyses and build robust business cases.
• Design and manage a strategic performance framework with quarterly reviews.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Align DevCo Operations strategy with Group direction and related functions.
