Job summary

confidential, a Saudi Arabian group, is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to lead the preparation and review of the group’s strategic plan with the CEO and departments, and to coordinate annual operational plans across all sectors.

The role requires strong skills in KPI monitoring, dashboards, data analysis, and executive reporting, with 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. On-site in Dammam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in strategic planning or related roles.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in KPI dashboard creation and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of the group's strategic plan with the CEO and departments.
• Develop annual operational plans for all departments and sectors.
• Build KPI monitoring system and benchmark comparisons, with periodic CEO reports.
• Organize monthly executive meetings to review plan implementation and achievement rates.
• Prepare executive summaries and reports to support CEO meetings.
• Coordinate board meetings with the secretary of the board as needed.
• Manage the CEO office archive with confidentiality and organization.
