Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking an Operational General Manager to act as single point of control for planning, performance, and transformation, owning the integrated business plan and KPI scorecard. You will drive the annual plan, portfolio of strategic initiatives, and monthly S&OP, leading a team of planners to ensure data integrity, governance, and auditable reporting.

Candidates should have 10+ years in planning/PMO, with Primavera, MS Project, and Power BI experience, and fluent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Finance.
Certifications PMP, PgMP or MSP preferred.
Strong governance, scheduling and stage-gate management.
Advanced data visualization and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate annual business plan and budget calendar with Finance and departments.
Run the portfolio of strategic initiatives with clear governance and stage gates.
Lead monthly business unit reviews for revenue, margin, cost and KPIs.
Run the S&OP cycle including demand, supply, capacity, and logistics planning.
Design KPI framework and monthly performance packs for reviews.
Track actual vs plan by cost center and contracts; manage risks.
