Job summary

Roche seeks an internal communications and operations specialist to bridge Access, Finance, and Portfolio with Corporate Communications, driving cross-functional workflows and compliance. You’ll craft bilingual communications and manage key channels across the organization.

The role involves translating announcements, coordinating events, overseeing contracts, and supporting financial tracking. A bachelor’s in business/communications/HR plus 2–4 years of relevant experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English Literature, HR, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations, corporate administration, or internal communications.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 / Google Workspace, SharePoint, DocuSign, or basic ERP/procurement tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented with proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, refine, and translate internal announcements in Arabic and English.
• Manage internal communications calendar and intranet portals.
• Plan and execute town halls and internal events.
• Draft standard contracts and vendor agreements; manage digital signature routing.
• Coordinate purchase requests/orders and maintain contract dashboards.
• Organize and structure digital file systems (SharePoint, Confluence).
• Provide executive and meeting support; capture action items and follow-ups.
