Ninja in Riyadh is seeking an Integration Specialist to manage onboarding, activation, and day-to-day operations of integrations between Ninja, our brands, and external partners. You will ensure smooth connectivity and reliable data flow across platforms.

You will set up, configure, test, and maintain integrations, troubleshoot API and menu-sync issues, coordinate with partners on mapping and activations, and keep accurate records to drive ongoing improvements for rapid deployment and scale.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Integration, Technical Operations, Technical Support, Partner Operations, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting technical and integration-related issues.
• Experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in E-commerce, Food Tech, Delivery, SaaS, or a similar industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the onboarding and activation of new and existing brands.
• Set up, configure, test, and maintain integrations.
• Coordinate with external partners on branch mapping, menu setup, configurations, and activation.
• Troubleshoot integration, API, menu sync, order flow, and availability issues.
• Monitor integration-related cancellations and identify recurring issues.
• Handle and follow up on high-impact and key-brand issues until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and share recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
