Job summary

Salla is seeking a Sr Integration Support Specialist to ensure seamless connectivity between our Ecommerce SaaS platform and partners in Saudi Arabia. You will architect scalable integration solutions, design and maintain APIs, and provide expert troubleshooting to maximize client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration efforts with product goals, stay current on industry trends, and document technical workflows for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, preferably in Ecommerce or SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in API design principles and patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, and messaging queues.
• Hands-on with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OAuth/OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration architectures for our Ecommerce SaaS platform with external systems.
• Design and maintain high-quality APIs to enable data exchange and interoperability.
• Conduct thorough testing of API integrations for functionality and error handling.
• Customize integration workflows to meet client needs while ensuring scalability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration issues for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to align integration efforts with product goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and troubleshooting guides.
• Manage API versioning and upgrades while maintaining backward compatibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate new tools to enhance integrations.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization for API endpoints.
