Job summary

Swissport in Abha seeks a capable Passenger Services Supervisor to provide first line leadership at check-in counters, gates and MAAS, ensuring compliant, high-quality customer service and timely departures.

You will supervise the Passenger Services team across shifts, manage KPIs, coordinate with PRM and ensure safe, accurate handling of baggage and flight close-out, while maintaining professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of Passenger Service agents and perform supervisor duties.
• Lead, inspire and coach team to meet departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with KPI and SOPs.
• Monitor attendance and shift Briefings; assign and review work.
