Job summary

Swissport in Abha, Saudi Arabia, seeks a focused Passenger Services Supervisor to lead the Passenger Handling teams and ensure safe, quality ground handling across terminal operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Passenger Services Supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Passenger Services functions.
• Leadership and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Passenger Handling teams.
• Ensure compliance with department KPIs.
• Monitor terminal handling services for scheduled and ad hoc operations.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors on duty allocations and resource utilization.
• Ensure desk/ gate processes meet SLAs and are properly staffed.
• Liaise with MAAS/PRM teams on special handling requests.
