Rimthan in Riyadh is offering a cooperative training opportunity for AI QA, focusing on reviewing Arabic and English conversations, scoring agent performance, and proposing fixes. You will develop tests and prompts for improvement, update knowledge bases, and report weekly results.

This role requires a student in CS/IS/AI with fluent Arabic and English, plus hands-on prompt testing experience. Some familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs) is a plus.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or diploma programme in computer science, information systems, AI or a related field, and eligible for cooperative training.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience writing and testing prompts for AI models.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Nice to have: built a chatbot or voice agent, or worked with a conversational AI platform.

Responsabilidades

• Review and score voice and chat conversations in Arabic and English.
• Spot patterns in where the agent errs and propose fixes.
• Build and maintain a test set of real customer scenarios and run it before every change.
• Draft improvements to the agent's knowledge base and instructions and test them before going live.
• Keep customer care guides and FAQs up to date as fixes land.
• Prepare a weekly report on the agent's performance.
