Job summary

SME Careers seeks a bilingual training content specialist to develop prompts and model solutions for AI systems. You will assess and improve responses in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and logical reasoning while maintaining high-quality explanations.

The role is an hourly, remote contractor position with flexible hours. Candidates should have a strong linguistics/translation background and pass rigorous evaluation rubrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Native or near-native Arabic with strong writing/editing across Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian Arabic preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading/writing) for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create prompts and responses to guide AI learning across topics.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
• Ensure model integrity: test models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
