SME Careers is seeking an Arabic QA Lead to oversee quality across Arabic AI training projects. You will review AI-generated content, evaluate trainer QA work, and provide precise feedback to ensure adherence to guidelines.

This role involves coordinating remote contributors and maintaining Arabic project documentation. You will lead quality workflows, manage trainer and QA performance, and ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy across outputs.

Qualifications

Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
Strong English language skills to follow project guidelines and provide feedback.
3+ years of professional Arabic writing, editing, or QA experience.
Experience leading or supporting remote teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Quality monitoring and spot-check Arabic items.
Identify quality issues and provide ongoing feedback through DMs.
Escalate recurring or critical issues and communicate updates to trainers.
Create and maintain Arabic project documentation including style guides and FAQs.
Onboarding and training schedule with trainers and QAs to explain expectations.
Ensure Arabic guidelines are followed and updates are understood as projects evolve.
Propose workflow improvements and help build scalable QA processes.
