Elbetron Technologies Company is hiring an AI Engineer to shape the AI side of our products, focusing on assistants and agents that serve customers in Arabic and English. You will turn models into reliable, business-ready capabilities that operate daily.

You will design, build, and evaluate AI features such as classification, retrieval, and extraction, ensuring answers are grounded in real documents and aligned with measurable quality targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building machine-learning or AI-powered software.
• Strong Python and comfort with APIs, databases and Git.
• Practical experience with NLP, retrieval, speech or computer vision.

Requirements

• You can explain why a model fails and what you will try next
• Comfortable working in English; Arabic is a plus
