Job summary

Elbetron Technologies Company is seeking an experienced QA professional to plan and execute functional, regression and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and chat interfaces. You will build Arabic and English test sets, record issues with traceable evidence, and help automate checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software QA, manual and automated.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Detailed bug reports with steps, expected vs actual results, and evidence.
• Fluent Arabic or English, ideally both.
• Curiosity about AI system failures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run functional, regression and exploratory testing across web, mobile and chat interfaces.
• Build test sets of real questions in Arabic and English, including tricky and off-topic ones.
• Record wrong, unsafe or made-up answers and trace them to a cause.
• Automate repeatable checks and report results clearly to engineers and product owners.
• Test releases before they go live, including the Arabic right-to-left experience.
