Novotel Hotels is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee daily operations of staff housing, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for employees. The role requires strong organizational and people-management skills to coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping while enforcing health and safety standards.

You will monitor occupancy, conduct inspections, manage records, and resolve accommodation-related issues with professionalism.

Competenze

• Experience in staff accommodation, hotel operations, or a supervisory role.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage employees and handle accommodation-related issues professionally.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and accommodation standards.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct regular accommodation inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with employees while ensuring discipline and proper conduct.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
