Job summary
A leading retail chain in Doha is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead staff training, maintain store operations, and possess a strong understanding of fashion trends. Applicants should have at least 2 years of store management experience and a high school education. This role offers the opportunity to make significant contributions to the store's success.

- Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' store management experience
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
