We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a part-time position, you will have the flexibility to work on your own time while still contributing to the success of our projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and requirements
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using specialized software
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Supervise junior architects and interns
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
