Overview

Cross Border Talents is looking for an English speaker to work as a Customer Service Representative for a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels via chat, email and phone. Therefore, you will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre- and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients experience.

  • Soft skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
  • Able to handle sensitive information;
  • Fast learned capacity;
  • Local in Lisbon.
