Start Date: February 6, 2025

Location: Remote from Portugal

Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Sunday: 7 a.m. 9 p.m. (365 days/year)

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support for subscribers of a popular streaming platform.
  • Assist with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and technical issues.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through professional communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve challenges.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and a good command of English, spoken and written (B2).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Availability to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Already residing in Portugal (no relocation is offered for this role).
  • EU member state passport OR a valid residence permit for Portugal OR a job seeker visa OR an expression of interest (a MUST).
What is on the Offer
  • Type of Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD), extendable
  • Performance Bonus: EUR 100 per month
