CloserHire is seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Customer Delight Representative for the Lisbon, Portugal market. The role focuses on supporting SMB clients using our client and Instagram ads products, across live chat, email, and calls.

It offers a comprehensive training program, a 40-hour week, and a rotating shift schedule with weekend coverage. Compensation starts at €1,050 gross per month with relocation support and a meal allowance, plus health insurance from day one.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Ukrainian (C2)
• English proficiency (B2)
• Experience in customer service or client support is a plus

About the role

What you'll do

: Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using our client and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience

What we’re looking for

: Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends

Salary €1,050 per month (gross)
