CloserHire is recruiting a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Representative for Lisbon, Portugal. You will support SMB advertisers using Instagram ads, communicating through live chat, email, and calls. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts from early morning to late night. Training is provided, with additional bonuses and benefits.

Day to day that means :

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using our client and Instagram ads products.
• Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers.
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience.

What you need to bring

• : Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.
• Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
