A typical day

You'll spend most of it on : Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with : Fluency in Ukrainian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage. Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

The money

1050.00 € with room
