Ignite in Lisbon is hiring Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to join a diverse, on-site team. You will deliver high-quality chat and email support to Ukrainian-speaking members, assist with access, security settings, and feature queries.

The role involves diagnosing issues, maintaining a safe community, and meeting performance metrics. Candidates should be native or fluent in Ukrainian with strong English (B2+), be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, and be ready for a fast-paced

Please note that this role is strictly on-site, and candidates must either be based in Lisbon or ready to utilize our comprehensive relocation package. In this exciting position, you will act as a crucial frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, playing an essential role in keeping our global community secure, fully supported, and seamlessly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Deliver exceptional, high-quality assistance to Ukrainian-speaking members through chat and email, effectively addressing account access difficulties, security configuration updates, and site feature inquiries.
• Technical Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software glitches, technical defects, and complex profile problems to ensure a seamless and hassle-free user journey.
• Community Safety: Inform members about network guidelines and safety protocols, actively contributing to maintaining high standards of security and respectful interaction across the service.
• Service Excellence: Handle incoming user tickets efficiently, empathetically, and professionally, consistently satisfying target operational and quality metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent mastery of Ukrainian, paired with strong B2-level English skills or higher to manage internal communications, system tools, and ongoing training modules.
• Work Authorization: Currently living in Lisbon or willing to move, with valid EU citizenship, an official Portuguese residency permit (Título de Residência), or granted refugee status.
• Experience: Background in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory—we offer comprehensive, fully funded onboarding and training to prepare you for success.
• Flexibility: Fully adaptable to a high-energy, fast-moving atmosphere that involves flexible, rotating work rotas.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: A competitive compensation package of €1,237 gross per month, distributed across 12 monthly payments throughout the year.
• Hours: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, consisting of 5 active working shifts and 2 consecutive days off.
• Shift Breakdown: Daily 8-hour working shifts, which include a 1-hour meal and break allowance.
• Work Window: Operational roster spanning Monday through Sunday, with rotating shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 00:00.
