In this capacity, you will serve as a vital ambassador for a major global social media network, helping keep millions of community members secure, supported, and continuously connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Offer top-notch assistance to Ukrainian-speaking users via digital support channels like email and live chat, answering questions about login procedures, security controls, and platform tools.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve software issues, technical errors, and account troubles to guarantee a smooth, flawless user journey.
• Community Safety: Interpret and explain platform policies to users, actively maintaining safety standards and cultivating a positive digital environment.
• Service Excellence: Manage support requests with high efficiency and compassion while maintaining excellent service quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native Ukrainian language skills are mandatory, combined with a B2 level of English proficiency for internal alignment and training purposes.
• Work Authorization: Must be based in Lisbon (or ready to relocate via our package), holding an active EU Citizenship, a Portuguese Residency Card Título de Residência, or official Refugee Status.
• Experience: Previous customer support experience is welcomed but optional, as we provide thorough, paid training programs to get you fully up to speed.
• Flexibility: A strong willingness to thrive in a fast-moving environment utilizing convenient rotating work shifts.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: Fixed monthly gross compensation of €1,237, paid out across 12 consistent monthly payments.
• Hours: Balanced 40-hour working weeks structured around 5 working days followed by 2 rest days.
• Shift Breakdown: Standard 8-hour shifts complete with a restful 1-hour meal break.
• Work Window: Rotating scheduling frameworks spanning Monday to Sunday within the operating window of 07:00 to 00:00.
