Ignite in Lisbon is seeking Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to support a global social media platform. This on-site role requires candidates to be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate under our relocation package.

You will be the frontline contact for Ukrainian-speaking users, helping with access issues, privacy settings, and usage questions. Full training provided; no mandatory prior experience required.

We are currently searching for enthusiastic, Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to become valued members of our dynamic, diverse, and multicultural team located right here in Portugal. Please note that this role is strictly on-site, and candidates must either be based in Lisbon or ready to utilize our comprehensive relocation package. In this exciting position, you will act as a crucial frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, playing an essential role in keeping our global community secure, fully supported, and seamlessly connected.

Key Responsibilities

• User Assistance: Provide top-tier support to Ukrainian-speaking users through live chat and email channels, expertly resolving account access issues, privacy configurations, and platform usage queries.
• Technical Support: Investigate technical errors, system anomalies, and complex profile glitches to deliver a consistent, reliable, and user-friendly experience across the platform.
• Community Safety: Inform members on policy guidelines to cultivate a secure environment, proactively reinforcing community safety and mutual respect across the network.
• Service Excellence: Resolve customer tickets promptly, showcasing empathy and professional care while meeting internal operational benchmarks and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Full native or near-native fluency in Ukrainian, alongside functional English proficiency (at least B2 level) for team communications, operational updates, and training courses.
• Work Authorization: Located in Lisbon or ready to relocate, backed by valid EU citizenship, a legal Portuguese residence card, or official refugee authorization status.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support is appreciated but optional, as candidates undergo complete, fully compensated training prior to starting their duties.
• Flexibility: Readiness to adapt to a fast-paced work ecosystem featuring structured, rotating work schedules.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Salary: A competitive monthly payment of €1,237 gross, issued across 12 standard monthly salary cycles.
• Hours: Full-time work frame of 40 hours per week, arranged as 5 working days alongside 2 consecutive days off.
• Shift Breakdown: Daily 8-hour shifts that encompass a mandatory 1-hour break period for lunch and relaxation.
• Work Window: Rotational work framework spanning 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday) operating within a 07:00 to 00:00 timeframe.
