The role offers on-site work in Lisbon or remote work from anywhere in Portugal, with rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, and a clear path to permanent employment. You will assist advertisers, resolve issues, and guide them in using platform tools.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Advertiser Support Specialist to join a multilingual team supporting one of the world's leading social media and technology companies. The role can be performed on-site in Lisbon or remotely from within Portugal.

In this role, the successful candidate will support small and medium-sized businesses and agencies that advertise on the client's social media platforms. The work involves resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and guiding advertisers on how to use the platform's tools and features to grow their businesses.

Candidates relocating to Lisbon for the on-site option may be offered company-provided accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to small and medium-sized business advertisers via chat, email and phone, in Ukrainian and English
• Make outbound calls to follow up on email and chat cases and deliver a premium, white-glove support experience
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
• Troubleshoot technical issues, report bugs and guide advertisers on platform tools and features
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting advertisers, and contribute to solutions
• Work across multiple tools and systems while handling several tasks at once

Working Model

• On-site: modern office in central Lisbon with direct metro, train and bus connections
• Remote: work from home anywhere in Portugal

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break)
• Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 00:00
