Ignite in Lisbon seeks a Turkish-speaking Customer Advisor to support SMB clients with social commerce and advertising solutions. You will guide customers through platform tools, resolve technical issues, and provide proactive coaching to help campaigns perform better.

The role requires fluent Turkish and English (B2+), strong digital literacy, and on-site work rights in Portugal. The position offers a paid onboarding program, opportunities for career growth, and a modern Lisbon office

Qualificações

• Turkish language fluency in speaking and writing.
• Residency in Portugal with right to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Strong computer skills; navigate multiple tools and tabs.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer care via chat, email, and phone interactions.
• Troubleshoot ad-related issues, billing disputes, and account settings.
• Coach merchants on platform tools to manage campaigns independently.
• Identify recurring issues and route feedback to product teams.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs in the CRM per privacy standards.
