Ignite Travel in Cascais is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist SMB clients with ads, campaigns, and platform usage. This on-site role in the Lisbon area offers onboarding and opportunities for career growth.

Ideal candidates are eager to begin their professional journey, with strong Turkish and English communication skills; prior experience in BPO or customer care is helpful but not required.

Qualificações

• Turkish language proficiency (written and spoken).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Experience in customer support or BPO is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-channel support: respond to inquiries via live chat, email, and occasional calls.
• Troubleshoot ad account setups, campaign configurations, billing issues, and system bugs.
• Guide clients on self-service tools and best practices to improve performance.
• Escalate recurring issues to internal technical teams with clear feedback.
• Document client interactions accurately in the CRM with privacy compliance.
