Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to act as a frontline brand ambassador and digital consultant for SMBs, handling client inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and helping optimize advertising and platform performance.

You will provide multichannel support across live chat, email, and phone, educate clients on platform features, escalate bugs to engineering, and log data in the CRM in compliance with privacy standards.

Qualificações

• Must reside in Portugal with active, valid local work authorization.
• Fluent written and spoken Turkish, with English (B2+) for software tools and training.
• High computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple tabs, CRM tools, and chat software.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including periodic weekend duty.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer care across live chat, email, and phone (inbound and outbound).
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve pre- and post-sales issues including account setups, billing, and ad performance.
• Educate clients on platform features and self-service tools to promote independence.
• Spot recurring issues and route them to product engineering teams; log interactions in the CRM per data privacy rules.
