CloserHire is recruiting a Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialist for an international digital advertising project in Portugal. You will support SMBs across chat, email, and phone, in Turkish and English, helping them navigate advertising tools and resolve platform issues.

The role offers relocation support, a 12-month contract, and a 40-hour week in Lisbon with shifts from early morning to late evening. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Turkish
• English proficiency for communication and training purposes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Interest in online advertising, technology, and digital platforms

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email, and phone in Turkish and English
• Assist advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service products
• Help clients navigate platform tools and features to improve advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues and guide clients in resolving technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to resolve queries
• Work within a multilingual support team
