Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Specialist fluent in Turkish to join our on-site team. You will receive paid training and help SMBs optimize their advertising and platform performance.

Responsibilities include omnichannel support via chat, email, and phone, plus troubleshooting, coaching on self-service features, and CRM documentation. English proficiency is required for internal comms.

Qualificações

• Fluent Turkish language required.
• B2+ English for internal comms and training.
• Experience in customer support or a BPO environment preferred.
• Strong digital literacy with CRM proficiency.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multichannel customer support via live chat, email, and phone.
• Investigate and resolve account and billing issues.
• Coach merchants on self-service features to boost campaign performance.
• Escalate recurring technical issues to engineering with clear data.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM per data-protection rules.
