Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support Turkish-speaking SMB clients across chat, email and phone. You will help them maximize digital advertising solutions and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Turkish native or fluent language required.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) required.
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone to SMB clients.
• Assist Turkish-speaking SMB clients with advertising products and platform questions.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Help clients optimize advertising campaigns for better results.
• Troubleshoot technical and account issues.
• Maintain high CSAT scores with professional service.
• Educate customers on self-service advertising tools and best practices.
• Handle confidential customer information responsibly.
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
