Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is seeking an influential brand ambassador and digital consultant to empower small and mid-sized businesses by resolving complex technical challenges and optimizing their digital advertising on our premier global platform.

You will handle omnichannel customer care, troubleshoot account configurations and billing issues, coach merchants on self-service tools, escalate insights to engineering, and document all interactions in the CRM in compliance with data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Turkish language and English proficiency required for internal communications, software tools, and training.
• Residence in Portugal with work authorization to work on-site in Lisbon; visa sponsorship not available.
• Ability to multitask across browser tabs and CRM tools and live chat software.
• Shift flexibility with rotating schedules, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Preferred background in customer success, contact centers, or digital media.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel engagement: deliver top-tier customer care across live chat, email, and phone.
• Technical troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve account configurations, billing queries, and platform issues.
• Merchant support: coach clients on self-service tools to boost campaign efficiency.
• Feedback escalation: raise recurring technical issues to specialized engineering teams.
• CRM administration: document interactions in the CRM while adhering to data protection standards.
