Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish speaker with strong command of English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across chat, email, and phone in Turkish and English.
• Make outbound calls for email inquiries and chat follow-ups.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Guide clients through product and tool usage to enhance their experience.
• Identify trends and recurring issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
