Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to act as frontline brand ambassador and digital consultant for SMBs. You will handle inquiries across live chat, email, and phone, resolving technical issues and guiding customers on platform features to maximize performance.

This role offers fully paid training, clear internal progression paths, and a modern Lisbon workspace with team events. Portuguese residency and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Turkish language proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Residency and legal right to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• High digital literacy with CRM tools and chat software.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide multichannel support via live chat, email, and phone.
• Investigate and resolve pre- and post-sales issues including billing and ad performance.
• Educate clients on platform features and self-service tools.
• Escalate bugs to product engineering and technical teams.
• Log interactions accurately in the CRM in GDPR-compliant manner.
